Q: How do I get started with the Hebrew Texting course?
A: Purchase the course and sign up using your WhatsApp number. After the purchase, our bot will message you to start learning. Follow the prompts to begin your first lesson.

Q: Can I use WhatsApp Web to access the lessons?
A: No, the lessons are designed to be used via phone only and not on WhatsApp Web.

Q: How can I track my progress in the course?
A: Your progress will be updated in the Academy dashboard, so you can easily keep track of where you left off.

Q: What if I don’t receive a message from the bot to start the lesson?
A: If you don’t receive a message from the bot, you can go to the course page from the Academy dashboard and click the button on top to send a message to the bot and start the lesson. If you’re still having trouble, please reach out to our support team during working hours (Sunday to Thursday from 9AM to 11PM Israel time).

Q: How can I navigate the bot?
A: You can type the following commands to navigate the bot:
– Type ‘Help’ for any assistance you may need.
– Type ‘Restart’ to begin the unit again from the beginning.
– Type ‘Next’ to move on to the next unit.
– Type ‘Back’ to return to the previous unit.
– Type ‘Pause’ to put the bot on hold. The bot will text you again until you respond.

Q: I changed my WhatsApp account, how do I update my number?
A: Our course can only be used on one WhatsApp number. If you need to update your number, please contact our support team during business hours (Sunday to Thursday from 9AM to 11PM Israel time). In order to purchase the course for another user, it is recommended to open a new account for them.
